Eo Lighting’s sister company Eo Design specialises in green audiovisual solutions. The Australian Department of Defence appointed Eo Design to design and install audiovisual systems for the Defence College Executive meeting rooms and training rooms.

Eo Design specified zero halogen, non PVC flame retardant “green” cable along with eco friendly low energy, low heat amplifiers, display systems and energy efficient LED lighting. Pictured display lower right is the Executive Conference Room with Eo Lighting’s MR16 halogen lamp replacements, model 506C.

When the boardroom was in use, the previous lamps were consuming over 600watts of power. Eo lamps have reduced this down to 66watts. Sean Thompson head of AV for the College is delighted with the end result.
